We’re ready to share our 24 years of shared experience with you.

Come join us In the Birth Room.

Our story

We met at a DONA birth doula workshop in 2012. The topic of interesting books came up in a chat and we discovered our book clubs were reading the same book. We quickly discovered we were in the same book club but had missed meeting each other because we had attended different meetings!

Through the years, we have stayed friends and doula back-ups for each other and a larger group of doulas. We have spent over a decade together learning and growing as doulas and being in trusted community with each other. Megan attended the birth of Christine’s youngest daughter in 2018 and our children are friends too.

In The Birth Room is a collaborative project bringing together our shared experience, wisdom, and enthusiasm for birth work in shared community. We are active doulas taking clients and working with Calgary area families.
